Good news is, a little over half a pound is off my body. The bad news is, I didn’t really deserve to see a loss this week. I really got lucky! I was way over my calories twice, and barely worked out at all. In fact, I don’t think I worked out once. With all the crazyness of the FIL’s transplant news, and Little One being home all week sick, our schedules went a little wacky! I’m definitely not placing the blame on anyone’s shoulders but my own … I just let my circumstances get in the way.

This morning I changed things around! I got up early, cooked up a healthy lunch, (white chicken enchiladas. sounds bad, but it’s not!) blended up some Shakeology, tracked my calories and headed out the door! I’ll be jumping back into my Power90 routine tomorrow morning :)

In other exciting news – my one year blogoversary is coming up! I can’t believe how fast the time has gone. Keep your eyes peeled for a few giveaways next week.

Short and sweet today! I’ve got some big projects to wrap up at work, and very little motivation to do them ;) Perhaps I’ll just scan Pinterest all day? Yes, I think so.
