Good morning, and happy (almost) HOLIDAY weekend! I’m beyond ready for a three-day weekend. I’ve got a busy weekend ahead of me. Hopefully we’ll be squeezing in some fishing tomorrow. :)

This week went really well. It started out with some frustration with the scale, but I think I’ve evened it out a bit. Tina suggested I try splitting my meals up into more frequent meals throughout the day, and so far … it’s working! I feel a lot less tired in the afternoon, which helps with my urge to snack like crazy. The whole “many small meals a day” thing is really bizarre to me. I like being able to sit down to a MEAL, you know? Probably hold over from my binge eating days.

At any rate, I’m trying it out. If it helps my metabolism stay revved all day and gives me more energy, so be it!

3. Jensen Ackles. Okay, let’s just get this out there. I still have girly celebrity crushes like a 12yr old pining after Leonardio DiCaprio in the mid-nineties. NO SHAME. I just wrapped up watching Supernatural (yes, all 7 seasons) and I’m pretty smitten.
